|We are committed to creating an enjoyable and hassle free shopping experience for you. When placing an order through Bambootility Shop, your order is fulfilled directly by our Store Partners. This insures that your purchase is handled by those who know that product best. Should you need to make a return, please review our Shop Partners return policies at the bottom of the page.
All of the Shop Partner’s return policies and contact information will be available for your viewing during the checkout process and in your emailed receipt. Each return policy will therefore be unique to that Shop Partner and coordinated by our team.
Please note: any situations that may arise after an order is submitted must be resolved through the return process, as orders are given top priority and processed immediately upon completion of the payment. For this reason Bambootility Shop cannot revise or cancel orders once payment has been processed. You can, however, contact our client service team as they are best able to make adjustments or discuss your options with you.

Returns / Exchanges
Step 1: Login (located at the top right of your screen)
Step 2: From your My Account page click on Returns
Step 3: Fill out the Return Form and click Submit
Step 4: We will email you an RMA number and return shipping instructions
Step 5: Print out your RMA email and include a copy with your return
Step 6: Insure (recommended) and ship your unused or defective items in their original packaging pre-paid and trackable to the appropriate shop partner at the address identified in your RMA email.
Step 7: Upon receipt of the merchandise in original condition, we will refund your purchase via your original method of payment or apply it to a Bambootility Shop Gift Card, whichever you indicated on your Return Form.

Shop Partner Return Policies:
Angelrox Return Policy:
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items with which you are not completely happy. The item MUST be returned to Angelrox within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (including original packaging). Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return" policy and will not be accepted without prior customer service approval. Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
You will receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days - this applies to messenger deliveries as well. Angelrox can not always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service or Fed-Ex as indicated. You will receive an email with the USPS or Fed-Ex tracking number and expected date of delivery. may peace prevail

We want you to be pleased with our service. If you are not satisfied with any item, return it back to us within 30 days for a full refund. Once we receive the item, we will immediately issue a refund back to you through your credit account or a check (depending on your method of payment). When returning an item, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides proof of delivery. This proof of delivery will help you to retain your refund if the item is lost during delivery. The return postage is nonrefundable.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective. Prompt inspection of packaging should be done as soon as the order arrives. Credit and Return Time Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.
Casualmere Return Policy:
If You are not satisfied with the quality of the Casualmere® apparel you have purchased, we will exchange or issue a credit to you for the apparel, provided: You return the Apparel in new condition with the tags attached, and with all information Bootee-shirts.com Inc. will need in order to correctly Exchange the Apparel or issue a Credit to you (including invoice number, name, address, and your requirements)within either: ...sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, if the Delivery Address is outside the U.S.A.; or ...fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, if the Delivery Address is inside the U.S.A.,
Ever Bamboo Product Warranty and Return Policy:
This product has been manufactured to the highest quality standards and is warranted to the original purchaser or gift recipient only. This warranty is not transferable. The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 30 days from the date of order received. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care will be replaced at our discretion, solely at our option.
Return Policy: Ever Bamboo accepts return due to manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase. Full product price is reimbursable but the shipping charges are not. The cost of returning damaged goods is the responsibility of the customer.
